Morning Breathwork | Body Flows and Movements | Deregulation | Coffee at West Toast Cafe
This summit is wheelchair accessible. Use the pier beach entrance.
There will be an optional meet-up afterward at West Toast
Kids are welcome and we encourage them. This is built for ages 6 and up! Please note childcare is not provided for those younger.

Our goal is to host a weekly community event for people to get outside, speak the language of the breath, and get some morning flows and movements in to start the day.
Our Summits bring together our Trybe in person. They have a huge focus on active and performance breathwork, physical flows, movements, and of course - community!
